(2*340)*0.6= 408g of rock sugar

Mash the blackberries to mud

Add 408g of sugar

Add 60ml of red grape juice with live yeast from previous grape batch

Follow up notes: should adjust sugar to 50% or less of weight cause some sugar remains undissolved
